BOOKING FEE

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee goes towards your total service.


CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Changes made within less than 48 hours will result in the loss of your booking fee. A new booking fee will be required to schedule a new appointment.


LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time to your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10-15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will forfeit their booking fee. This ensures proper time for mapping and achieving the best results.


NO-SHOWS

Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will result in loss of your booking fee. Future booking may be declined.


GUESTS

For safety, and sanitation purposes, no additional guests are permitted.
